Ventura Connects makes it easy for community members to report issues around town that need repair or attention, such as potholes, graffiti, debris, sidewalks, code enforcement issues, and more. 

Submit service requests anonymously or create a free account to track progress, receive real-time updates via email or text message, and see what others have reported. Accessible from any device, Ventura Connects is designed for improved functionality on mobile devices, allowing on-the-go, GPS-tagged reporting that benefits both customers and City staff. 

Do not use Ventura Connects for emergencies, like water main breaks or crimes in progress. Instead, call 911. For questions not covered in this system, please call the City of Ventura during normal business hours at 805-654-7800 or visit our website at CityofVentura.ca.gov
