How does the GPS-tagging feature work?

The GPS-tagging feature allows customers to provide precise locations for reports, making it easier for City staff to locate and address the problems. When possible, customers are encouraged to add an accurate location for reporting. That can include a GPS-tagged location, cross streets, business name and address, etc.
